If you lose or forget your username or password, please email us. To expedite your service, please write, “forgot username,” or, “forgot password,” (or both), whichever is most appropriate, in the subject line of your email to us.
In your email, please provide the serial number that you (or the purchaser of your organization’s license) received by email upon purchasing Raven’s Eye, as well as the email address that you (or your organization’s purchaser) initially used to purchase Raven’s Eye. If the email address you used to initially sign up for your individual user account in Raven’s Eye differs from the email address you (or your organization) used to purchase Raven’s Eye, please also include this email address.
