Raven’s Eye offers flexible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions designed to meet the needs of a variety of professionals across a broad spectrum of economic sectors. Every subscription to our online software comes with 100 minutes of transcription services, which can be used to automatically transcribe uploaded audio files in one of nine languages. Additional transcription minutes an be purchased on an as-needed basis.
Being a global partner means being responsive to local contexts. Software subscription licenses.
We offer both month-to-month, and yearly software subscriptions. Our subscriptions are valid for one person continuously during the specified period, and are automatically billed at the interval selected. Our subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting us at any time prior to the end of the current billing period.
Account registration occurs online directly after your purchase. Upon your purchase, you'll also receive an emailed invoice to retain for your documents.

Automated voice-to-text transcription services.
Our automated voice-to-text transcription services are provided as a convenience to our subscribers through our partnership with IBM's Watson (our focus is on natural language analysis, not speech recognition). We partnered with IBM's Watson because of their state-of-the art capabilities in multilingual (and accent regulated) speech recognition.
Our automated voice-to-text transcription services allow call centers, communications and marketing companies, institutional researchers, and others with at least mid-grade recording equipment to forego much of the tedious and time-consuming process of manually transcribing audio recordings. Included in each software subscription is 100 minutes of automated probabilistic matching transcription to try it out. But, if you want to purchase more, you can do so on the Sign Up page.
Newly purchased additional minutes will be applied to your software subscription shortly after completion of checkout. The minutes you purchase remain valid so long as the software license account with which they are associated remains in good standing. Unused minutes are non-redeemable and non-transferrable.
